Brittani is soooo professional. I highly recommend her services. Her work is stunning, she's always on time, and she's very passionate about her work.
I am a 2023 bride and from the initial consult that was scheduled, I've been treated with low priority, a consult I PAID for might I add. You (Brittany) missed the first consult due to moving, but it's crucial to inform future clients/brides. She called me later that night and apologized, so I gave her another chance to fix the situation. We rescheduled for the following week and did an in-person consult which I had to take off work to attend, but it's alright because I wanted to ensure it was done properly. Everything seemed great until the Bridesmaids had questions. She initially answered me, then silence, crickets for a whole week. I kept texting her with no response. So, I sent my mom to her shop. SURPRISE! SHE'S THERE, gave some excuse about not having her phone over the weekend, well, that's odd since I texted you during the week. Finally heard a response asking about the bridesmaids' quantity (which she didn't even have right), no apologies, no nothing. It's time for people to stop playing with folks' money, stay away from such unprofessionalism. I'm tired and over it.
