Nervous, usually have hair done by one person. Mentioned hair tangles easily, brushed out and braided beforehand. Frankie cut off braids in one go, no regard for length or style. Shocked, tried to give benefit of doubt. Haircut lacked precision, care. Final result a disaster, uneven, no layers. Devastated by outcome, received negative comments. Hoped to be regular customer, cannot return after experience. Urging salon to take feedback seriously, ensure stylists are trained for quality service.
