For over a year now, I have been a loyal patron of this salon, visiting every two weeks. Kevin, my nail technician, is truly exceptional! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and every pedicure I've received has been excellent.
I’ve frequented this establishment for quite some time now and never encountered any issues with my results or the pricing. However, today's experience was truly unbelievable. They excessively increased the prices for my manicure, including additional charges for things that seemed unnecessary to me, such as the length and design. The design in question was a simple line added to my French manicure. I find it difficult to justify paying $85 for a colored French tip manicure with just a single line across the nails... it just seems exorbitant to me.
I was a regular customer at this salon when I resided in Denton, Texas! Even after relocating, I still make it a point to visit for nail services when I'm in town. On a Friday evening around 5:45, I opted for dip nails, a service I don't usually get, but the technician recommended it for the health of my nails. The initial results were stunning, as he followed my requests. However, by the following day, my nails began to detach! Given that I live 3 hours away, it's not feasible for me to return immediately. I'm awarding three stars because of my previous positive experiences here, despite the recent issue with the nails detaching unexpectedly (one even came off while I was asleep, and another detached when I opened a thin folder).
