Avoid this place at all costs! Had an appointment for a refill and pedicure. Upon arrival, the technician assumed I wanted my nails cut down and proceeded to do so with a regular clipper, ruining them in the process. The gel removal process was painful due to excessive drilling. The additional gel on toes peeled off soon after. My spouse's occupation involves daily physical toil with his hands. He had injured the base of his middle finger's nail a few months prior. The blackened damaged section grew out and detached from the healthy nail, leaving a hole in his nail as it continued to grow. It was painful and kept snagging on things unless covered. Even using superglue didn't help. The technician at the salon skillfully smoothed out the dead part of the nail and used powders to craft a new nail that matches his other nails perfectly.
