Extremely pleased with my hair and the experience at this salon. I typically dread getting my hair done. This establishment truly made it a fantastic experience. Lovely individuals and a lovely atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend to loved ones!
Ginny is truly a hair wizard. They have completely rejuvenated my hair with Armorplex combined with a recent treatment. In the late hours, they cry out for more, more, more!!!!!! Oh, with a rebel yell...
I entered this establishment with a Groupon for my child to have their hair styled. The moment I stepped in, the young person at the front desk, who asserts they are the manager, inquired about my purpose. I informed them of my 1 o'clock appointment, arriving early. They promptly offered to accommodate me, expressing enthusiasm. As we discussed the services, upon learning of the Groupon, they reacted strongly, inquiring about the price I paid. Despite my limited tech skills, I managed to find the amount paid. They then mentioned an additional $20 due to the volume of hair my child had. While I didn't object, I did mention the keratin treatment I had also purchased. This seemed to trigger a negative response. The individual summoned another individual, claiming to be the bar's owner, alleging that I had obtained two Groupons for the same individual, which is not permissible. I could have gifted it to someone else, but the focus on the $20 was excessive. When I expressed my discomfort with their approach, stating they were disrespectful for emphasizing $20, I offered to get the money from Publix and return. However, upon my return, they refused service, citing my alleged mistreatment. How was I disrespectful? Simply because I called out their focus on money over customer service. Their greeting was not as a customer but as a dollar sign. This is not how one treats a customer, especially as a manager. It's no surprise the salon is struggling with such attitudes.
