I visited the salon on February 22nd. I expressed my nervousness about getting my hair done after 15+ years. I showed Charlie my desired look and we discussed and agreed it was achievable. I specifically requested symmetry as I often tie my hair up and didn't want random streaks. She agreed to this. I emphasized that I wanted WHITE hair. She never mentioned that achieving white might be difficult, but she assured me it was no problem! A strand test turned out white. I also asked for white highlights and showed her my hair part. However, she decided to part my hair in the middle instead, claiming it was easier. I assumed it would look okay since the highlights were supposed to be chunky. When I tried styling my hair at home, I discovered that one side had no color, creating an uneven look. I contacted the salon, and they agreed to "fix" it. I explained to the new stylist (I can't recall her name) how Charlie had blended the colors. After the touch-up, I found a very harsh line between the colors. I will pay to have it fixed elsewhere once it settles to avoid further damage. A disappointing experience after 15 years. Do NOT recommend.
