My husband and I had a negative experience at a spa in Slingerlands operated by Massage Envy. Despite our long memberships, we were treated poorly, leading me to consider canceling my membership. I have 11 unused services that I am willing to transfer to another member before canceling. I had a fancy event to attend and really wanted to look beautiful for the day. I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment with Samantha and she did an INCREDIBLE JOB!!! I felt absolutely stunning. I requested an up-do and she created an elegant, delicate braid along the back right side of my head. I received numerous compliments and she even added stunning lashes that made my green eyes stand out. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to book an appointment with Samantha.
