Jose has been a great help-- I have had numerous issues while moving into my apartment, and Jose has come to help fix all of them. He responds quickly and communicates well on when he will be there while being respectful of privacy and space. Jose also takes great care to make sure I understand what the issue was, and always comes prepared to resolve my problems quickly.
My family and I lived at the Mansions at Delmar for one year, during which time, we were told upon moving in that the pool would be open that summer (within the next month). By the time we moved out a year later, the pool was not open and it did not even have water in it. However, we paid the same amount each month, even though this amenity (which they still advertise on their website) was never available. In addition, the management company did not support my family when neighbors would bang and yell when my infant and toddler would be playing. The management team did not provide support when these neighbors called the police on my family twice for my infant and toddler making noise while playing during daytime hours. After moving out, I have made several calls to the management office and have never received a call back. We also submitted several work orders about concerns regarding the condition of the windows in my child's room, which were drafty, causing their room to consistently be almost 10 degrees lower than the rest of the home in the fall and winter. Although maintenance came to look at the windows, they said there was nothing wrong with them and suggested leaving the bedroom door open at all times to help get heat in. Maintenance came several times to work on a toilet that kept running, however it was never solved until one of our family members fixed it and reported that maintenance had left broken parts inside the tank.
The management here is so slow that one should call it unprofessional.
