My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 11am on 6/6/24. The hairdresser texted her an hour prior, changing it to 2pm. Then, at 2pm, the stylist pushed it to 3:30pm. Upon arrival, the stylist began my daughter's hair but abruptly stopped after 3 locs, citing stomach issues and leaving for the bathroom. She began shouting and stormed off! I frequently treat myself to nail and toe pampering. For my birthday, I decided to have a pedicure with regular polish. However, I was informed that they don't do designs with regular polish. This made me question why I now needed gel polish when regular polish sufficed before. It felt like a ploy to upsell. This experience truly soured my birthday pedicure, and I am quite upset. A nail salon should be able to provide designs with regular polish without pushing customers to spend extra.
