UNPLEASANT AND DISRESPECTFUL! Avoid at all costs! The nail technician became irate when I expressed dissatisfaction with the poor quality of my nails and requested a change. She began shouting and stormed off! A terrible experience, do not recommend.
Extremely impolite and rough treatment during my nail session. The white polish was haphazardly applied, leaving smudges all over my fingers. When I asked for a fix, I was charged an extra $5 for the white polish. Disappointing experience overall.
Visited for the first time on a Sunday morning after 7 years without a mani-pedi. Despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, the experience was fantastic. Wendy provided excellent service, guiding me in selecting a nail color and offering a warm welcome. The service was efficient, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommended and will definitely return!
