I have been to Foot and Ankle Wellness twice. I was quite impressed during my initial visit with the doctor. I sought laser therapy for a persistent issue and paid $700 in advance for the procedure, which was set for 3-4 weeks later. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that my lab results showed I didn't require the treatment, which was good news. However, why wasn't I contacted beforehand with the test results? Now, I am in the process of trying to get a refund for the $700 prepaid treatment. Not too pleased with the experience so far.
From the moment you step in and are welcomed by the receptionist, escorted to the examination room, and bid farewell by the exit staff, you are in good hands with a warm, proficient team. Dr. Anderson, my podiatrist, is outstanding and has provided valuable guidance and assistance to me and my spouse in making informed decisions about my treatment. Even on occasions when she was unavailable, I was attended to by other podiatrists. During these times, not only was I treated with professionalism, but their concern for my issue was evident, as if they were my primary podiatrist. Initially, you may feel like a stranger upon arrival, but by the time you depart, you feel like a member of a close-knit family.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at the Foot and Ankle Wellness Center! It's been a while since I've encountered such exceptional care where I felt truly listened to, supported, and without any judgment. I eagerly anticipate my follow-up visits and feel reassured about the medical plans that have been outlined for me.
