For a serene escape, consider Avani Spa! I treated myself to a pedicure, an exquisite Bliss massage, and made the most of the steam room, sauna, salt room, pool, and hot tub. It is an ideal destination for a solo retreat, group festivities, or a romantic getaway!
My friend and I journeyed to Lake Geneva for a girls retreat and opted for a day at the spa. Despite reading some negative feedback, we remained hopeful. Regrettably, the criticisms were accurate. It was a struggle to even secure an appointment due to the lack of callbacks. Despite this, we managed to book facials and massages. Upon arrival, our expectations were immediately dashed. The spa was dingy, poorly lit, and unclean. No staff member offered us a tour or any guidance. The hot tub was excessively chlorinated, causing my eyes to sting for hours. The facial I received was dreadful, leaving my skin feeling raw. The massage was mediocre at best. My friend was also dissatisfied with her facial, although her massage was decent in comparison. The spa charges exorbitant prices for subpar services and appears to be poorly managed. Despite claims of recent renovations, aside from some nice outdoor seating and attractive landscaping, there is little evidence of improvement.
A friend and I visited this spa for a relaxing day. The facility is spacious and impeccably maintained. We indulged in 80-minute massages each before lounging by the pool and hot tub. We ordered poolside food, which was not only delicious but also served promptly. The staff excelled in cleanliness and were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we had inquiries. I am eager to return with my family in the future.
