Utterly dreadful experience. Following a pedicure and full set application, my visit was marred by rudeness from the moment I entered the salon inquiring about pricing. The nail technician rushed me to select a nail color before even soaking my feet. Opting for an orange pedicure, no scrub was used on my heels, a crucial area in need of attention. The towels placed on my legs remained for less than a minute. The full set I received was subpar; opting for plain black, the nails appeared as if they had been worn for weeks, with incomplete painting. Upon raising this concern, I was informed that full coverage was unachievable with gel polish, a baffling explanation. Furthermore, excess glue was left under my nails and on my skin. I left the salon feeling disheartened and dissatisfied, having paid $100 for a disappointing service. I was on the verge of tears. This experience was beyond belief. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Having recently relocated from Georgia, I sought out a new nail technician, opting to drive back to Savannah rather than return to this salon. I promptly visited another nail salon to rectify the botched job. Appalling!!!
These individuals exhibit kindness and warmth, yet regrettably, they lack regard for punctuality. On four separate occasions, I have waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Today, the delay extended to 40 minutes. What purpose do appointments serve if they are not honored? Despite booking three days in advance, I was still made to wait. Upon arriving for my 1pm appointment, I observed my designated technician finishing up with a client at 12:58, only to see another customer take my spot. It was evident that my time was not valued at this establishment. While the staff may be amiable, their disregard for punctuality is disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for many years now, and I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. The proprietor has always been incredibly welcoming, consistently offering refreshments to patrons, and the entire team is exceptional. Skylar, the nail technician who attends to me, never fails to exceed my expectations with her meticulous work. If you desire intricate nail designs, I wholeheartedly endorse Skylar - her talent is truly remarkable.
