I scheduled an appointment for highlights and a tone, but the outcome was far from what I desired. Opting for a different stylist due to my usual one's unavailability, I found the lack of consultation disheartening. Leaving the salon with hair almost black after two washes was a letdown. Even after a second appointment with a different stylist to rectify the situation, there are still visible streaks at the back. The service, priced at over 200 dollars, was not worth it. Though a free fix was offered, no refund was given. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
