I had an unfortunate experience with a stylist named Norma. I requested a hair dye but ended up with a perm instead, costing me $150. Despite showing her a picture for reference, there was a misunderstanding. It was my first time getting my hair done, and I felt lost throughout the process. The outcome was not what I wanted, and my hair was cut without consent. I do not recommend this salon if you desire a different outcome from what you asked for. The curls were not as expected, and my hair suffered damage from the styling attempts.
