I came to get my and my child's hair. They straight up told me they don't do children's hair because it's too difficult for them. And I just wanted my ends trimmed, but even that they did not know how to do. I asked what kind of salon or hair cutting place doesn't even know the basics. The price tells you what to expect in service. Low because it's a joke.
I arrived at 11:30 and was told to come back at 1, then arrived at 2 and was told to come back the next day. No haircut and on my birthday 🎉...
I'm a student here and it's terrible. We aren't trained properly. The staff is extremely rude. We have to buy our own supplies like acrylic for nails when they have it there but want to profit off of us. It's a business, not a school. I talked to the owners, and they said they would address all the issues, but nothing has changed yet.
