Upon entering, my friend and I were not acknowledged or assisted. When we finally got a staff member's attention, she was incredibly rude and rushed. Despite waiting for over 45 minutes, the three employees were engaged in personal conversations, neglecting the waiting customers. I would rather pay a higher price in Del Rio for better service.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff members are incredibly friendly and create a wonderful atmosphere. Don't forget to request Judith 😍.
I strongly advise against it. My manicurist was constantly checking her phone, resulting in three accidental cuts, hairy and bubbly nails, and poorly executed French tips. The overall outcome was messy, and I believe I could have done a better job myself. It felt like she was rushing and lacked concern for the final result. Furthermore, my mother developed an infection from a previous visit. This will definitely be my last time here, as I only came due to other salons being fully booked. Avoid this place if you value quality nail services.
