Received a satisfactory massage from (presumably) the manager. Regrettably, the session took a negative turn when I generously tipped over 20%, only to be told it was insufficient. 😳

Initial visit and I will definitely return. Lyla invests her time and delivers an excellent service. I've been on the hunt for a new eyebrow specialist and I've found her!

I debated for a while before deciding to write this review. I was extremely disappointed and frankly appalled by my experience. Despite the busy atmosphere, my sister and I had scheduled appointments for pedicures. The service was mediocre at best, but what truly shocked me was the lack of proper sterilization practices. Instead of using an autoclave, the nail technician sprayed hand sanitizer on the tools, which is not up to standard. While she did use new scrub and disposable wooden tools, the clippers and cuticle cutters were only sprayed with sanitizer, which is unsanitary. I refused to have my heels exfoliated with an unsanitized metal cheese grater, which led to a confrontation with the technician. This left me feeling uneasy and resulted in chipped toenails the next day. Additionally, I observed a concerning situation when two individuals of color were seated, waiting to be served upon our arrival. They were consistently passed over in favor of white customers, including us, creating a noticeable discrepancy in treatment. I cannot speak to the reasons behind this behavior, but the contrast in service was undeniable.
