While vacationing, I indulged in a massage here. I had made an online appointment, but for some reason, the proprietor did not receive it, so I had to call to reschedule for the afternoon. My scheduled time was 2 pm, yet the proprietor was 20 minutes late (citing traffic) to my appointment. During my massage, the owner and the therapist (who was actually very skilled) were bickering about whether the fan should be on or off. To compound matters, not only did I pay for the service and tip via Zelle to the owner, but she also charged an extra $50 to my credit card. Despite leaving messages and speaking with her, my card has not been refunded to date. I am now having to file a dispute with my bank. I strongly discourage visiting this place! It was a complete nightmare.
I wish my partner and I had an amazing experience and that she allowed us to stay for more than 30 minutes. I feel rejuvenated after an hour at this lovely spa. The staff here is incredibly kind, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning. I would recommend this place to anyone, as it was a truly splendid time.
My partner & I are on our honeymoon. A dreadful experience for us, utterly let down by the service. When I talked to Linda, I clearly stated multiple times that we wanted a couples massage in the same room. She assured us of a joint massage in the same room. Specifically, I requested a female therapist for myself and a female one for my partner. We paid $220, but she chatted for more than half of the massage. She guaranteed us each an hour, yet we only received 10 minutes each and she talked for 50 minutes. She solely focused on our backs. I am accustomed to professional massages and have never encountered such a terrible one. It truly was a dreadful experience. The establishment and Linda are deceitful...they swindle people. I strongly advise against visiting this place. Utterly repulsed and disappointed. My partner and I couldn't leave soon enough. Thanks to her, my partner and I bickered the entire time as newlyweds due to being scammed.
