Dylan was incredibly pleasant and accommodating on the phone, and I was fortunate enough to secure a same-day appointment due to a cancellation. She evaluated my waist-length hair and inquired about my preferences. Admittedly, I hadn't been very attentive to my hair since becoming a new parent, going over a year without a haircut and with noticeable root regrowth. Dylan applied an all-over color close to my natural shade and delivered a fantastic layered cut, just as I had hoped for. She offered valuable hair care advice, and our conversation flowed effortlessly, making the time fly by. I left her salon with a completely transformed look, and even my spouse adored it despite the significant cut to mid-back length. I wholeheartedly recommend her for all your hair care needs.
