The other nail salon I usually visit always leaves my hands with cuts and my nails not looking as desired. However, at this salon, my nails look absolutely stunning and my hands are cut-free. Extremely dissatisfied with the service! The French tip I received was not clean, with visible bubbles, lines, and my natural nail crease showing through the acrylic. When I requested gel design "flowers," I was initially shown gel colors, only to be told later that they don't do gel designs. They directed me to regular nail polish for the design, but the color options were not to my liking. I believe I would have been satisfied if the nail technician had assisted me in selecting something else to enhance my options and provided better customer service. I suggest offering more color choices for designs and improving the customer service from the technician who assisted me.
