Extremely dissatisfied with the service! The French tip I received was not clean, with visible bubbles, lines, and my natural nail crease showing through the acrylic. When I requested gel design "flowers," I was initially shown gel colors, only to be told later that they don't do gel designs. They directed me to regular nail polish for the design, but the color options were not to my liking. I believe I would have been satisfied if the nail technician had assisted me in selecting something else to enhance my options and provided better customer service. I suggest offering more color choices for designs and improving the customer service from the technician who assisted me. I will not be returning.
Absolutely dreadful experience! The service was lackluster and the attitude was abysmal. I requested acrylic nails with Gel and a gel pedicure, but the nail polish started chipping off within a week. I give this place a rating of zero stars. Save your money and steer clear of this establishment.
Our pedicure appointment was a disappointment. Typically, pedicures last at least an hour, but here it only took 18 minutes, including the polish application. We were charged $25, and an additional $10 for callus removal that was barely done. They didn't even trim our nails properly! This was by far the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Don't waste your money here. I do not recommend it.
