I am utterly let down by the lack of professionalism displayed by the individual working on my nails. Instead of admitting her inability to create a marble look, she continued to apply layers of paint, resulting in it peeling off the very next day. Upon raising my concerns, she acknowledged that she was aware of this outcome and offered to refund me. However, when I went to collect the refund, she only reimbursed me for the nail art portion, not the full amount I had paid for the entire set. Despite my inquiries, she dismissively stated that only the polish, not the acrylic, had been mishandled. While I may consider returning for pedicures, I will never entrust them with my manicures again.
Exceptional service!! Our visit for nail art exceeded our expectations, and we are thoroughly pleased with the results. Kim's expertise is commendable!
