This hair salon was top-notch before, but now it's a disappointment. Where do I even begin? Well, scheduling an appointment online means nothing! If your appointment is at noon, you might not even get to the wash bowl until 1:30 pm or 2 pm! The customer service is lacking, and the amount of time you waste in the salon is unacceptable. The owner shows no concern for her clients and only cares about stacking one appointment on top of another. Cincinnati, Ohio has many other fantastic hair salons, so don't waste your money here. You'll be let down by the endless hours spent in the salon and the money you'll part with.
