I frequented this establishment regularly in the past. However, my recent experiences left me dissatisfied. The gel nail polish applied during the last two visits appeared uneven with unfinished edges. When I raised this concern to the owner, instead of addressing it constructively, she shifted the blame onto me, citing my alleged rush during the appointment. During my last visit, I had informed her of a time constraint due to picking up my son, which was later used against me to deflect responsibility for the subpar results. I refuse to pay for substandard service and be held accountable for their lack of quality. A simple act of acknowledgment and assurance of improvement would have sufficed.

DO NOT patronize this establishment for your eyebrow needs. The individuals working here lack proper expertise. Despite my attempts to communicate that she was removing too much, the technician persisted, resulting in the removal of half of my eyebrow. She tried to pass it off as a mere cleanup, but it was evident that she had accidentally waxed off a significant portion. Additionally, she made disrespectful remarks to the owner about me, assuming I wouldn't understand. The staff here displays rudeness. I shall not return.
