Attended my daughter's graduation on Saturday. Had a wonderful experience at the salon with pleasant personnel and a pristine environment. Despite being busy, they managed time efficiently and both the workstations and massage chairs were spotless. Nails were beautifully done. Absolutely enamored with the color and shape. I am completely devoted to this salon. Nicole is my preferred nail technician, she flawlessly brings to life any design I bring her. In other salons, my gel manicures tend to fade quickly but not here. I visit every 4 weeks for a fresh SNS set and never encounter issues with durability or chipping. I showed the stylist three photos of layered hairstyles for my long hair that reaches past my bra line. Unfortunately, I ended up with a haircut that resembles a jellyfish - no layers in sight. Initially, my hair looked great leaving the salon, but within an hour, the curls fell out, leaving me with an awkward look. To make matters worse, the gloss they applied vanished quickly. Spending $120 on this experience was a major disappointment.About
