The stylist did a great job, but getting an appointment was a hassle. No answer on the phone, then had to wait for an hour despite walk-ins being welcome.
I took my child for a trim at a kids' salon. Still searching for a regular spot for her. Wasn't expecting much, but was surprised by the extra charge for long hair. The hair washing was rushed, and the cut was not what I asked for. The stylist lacked effort and engagement, leaving my child feeling uncomfortable. Disappointing experience overall.
Visited today and Laurie understood my needs. Efficient and beautiful results. Excellent service from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with my hair. Highly recommend this salon and Laurie.
