I had my second piercing done at Rowan and I must say they turned out fantastic. The job they did was top-notch. They are perfectly aligned. They are precisely straight. They ensured my comfort and accuracy of placement. I will definitely return for my thirds. They were incredibly kind. They were very reassuring and even followed up the next day, which I found impressive. Sharon Who did an outstanding job providing a comprehensive list of dos and don'ts for earring care, which was immensely helpful as I engage in many of those activities. They truly did a remarkable job.
Mariana was absolutely ~exceptional~!!! Incredibly warm and welcoming, with a positive demeanor, vast knowledge, and most importantly (to me) she displayed remarkable patience in addressing my inquiries and concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and I absolutely adore how my piercings turned out!! (I had my third piercings on my lobes, my flat, my double helix, and my middle helix all done today). My right ear is still tender, but our chat definitely made it all worthwhile! If I decide to get more piercings in the future, I will undoubtedly request her by name!! Thank you so much, Mariana!!
Mariana assisted my daughter in inserting her earring after it had been pierced and partially closed. She is absolutely wonderful. She is empathetic, kind, and helped us with great efficiency.
