Extremely welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff friendly. During hair appointment, I sat for a wash. The stylist began wetting my hair, but the water was too hot. After I alerted her, she used very cold water. I chose to leave. Though possibly accidental, I felt it wasn't a good fit for me.
Had a root touch-up and glaze with Irena. Exceptional service. Kind, efficient, ensured no color on face or ears. The result was stunning. So glossy and even. Can't wait to return in August!
