I am absolutely enamored with this salon. It was my first time getting my lashes done professionally, and the team made me feel incredibly welcome. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, allowing me to relax during the service. The artist asked me a multitude of questions, enabling me to customize my lash look to my liking. I am overjoyed with the final outcome, especially considering the reasonable price of only $99. I wholeheartedly endorse this salon and will definitely be returning soon!
I am absolutely thrilled with the service at this establishment. The team is incredibly friendly, the music sets a soothing atmosphere, and I always leave feeling fantastic! I have been a loyal client of Leticia's for years for my lash treatments. She always pays close attention to my requests, continuously hones her skills through classes, and stays updated on the latest trends. Leticia also goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Recently, I tried her eyebrow lamination service, and the results were phenomenal! I wholeheartedly suggest giving her a try; she is truly exceptional!
My visit was a complete disaster. I had scheduled lash extensions and a lip wax for a wedding, which ended up being canceled. Despite this, I still arrived for my lip wax appointment. I requested to reschedule my lash appointment for the following week due to the wedding cancellation, while still receiving the lip wax service. Shockingly, I was met with a firm refusal and informed that a $50 fee would be charged. The customer service was abysmal, lacking any empathy or flexibility. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
