I brought my 4-year-old grandson for a last-minute haircut before the holiday. The stylist, Delilah, was very rough with the clippers, causing his ear to be nicked in one of the initial swipes. He began to cry, but she did not slow down to comfort him or clean the blood. She then acted as if it was his fault for flinching and crying. I had her stop the haircut as my grandson was extremely upset. He has NEVER reacted this way to a haircut before, and I hope this woman has not instilled fear in him regarding future haircuts. Additionally, his hair looks terrible.
The team here is amazing, always incredibly friendly and engaging in conversation. I have never experienced any issues with my haircuts or anything of that sort. The atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. Prices are reasonable. Definitely worth checking out!
I would not even give a single star, but one must in order to leave reviews. The establishment did a TERRIBLE job today. My spouse requested a specific haircut, and the individual shaved his head instead. He has never had his hair cut in such a manner before! Furthermore, it has been more than 5 hours now, and the cuts on his neck that were left by the stylist are swollen! He should have never been charged for such poor work! Our family will not return.
