Hello! I've been a regular at this Spa for a few years now, and I must say, they never fail to impress me! The ambiance is so cozy and serene, truly a relaxing experience. Camryn is my go-to nail technician, and she's absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail is impeccable, and my manicures last for weeks. She's truly a gem! Thank you, Camryn!

I will definitely not be returning to this establishment. The nail technician cut me during the service, and the drilling was so intense that I feared she would pierce through my nail. When I requested a cotton ball to apply pressure to the cut, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. To make matters worse, the technician accidentally touched the tip of a solution bottle to my open wound, potentially contaminating it for future use. On top of all this, I was overcharged for the service. UPDATE: Responding negatively to a customer's feedback on a public platform only reinforces the poor service experience. Merely claiming to sanitize products online does not align with the observed lack of proper hygiene practices during my visit.

My experience here was absolutely dreadful, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning. My mother had an ingrown nail that was causing her a lot of pain. The staff member's response was incredibly rude, telling my mother to stop acting like a child. The quality of the manicure was subpar, as evidenced by the photos. When I mentioned that I wouldn't be leaving a tip due to the rudeness towards my mother, the staff member became defensive instead of offering an apology, which was very disappointing.
