I had my hair styled here, and it turned out even better than I had hoped for. I adored the service and the staff. 😍
I had a terrible time at the salon for a haircut. I phoned them on Tuesday, and they informed me they are closed on Wednesdays. So, I inquired if I could get an appointment for the same day, and they managed to fit me in at 6 pm. Upon arrival, the proprietor was occupied with another customer. I waited for roughly 5 to 6 minutes before the receptionist washed my hair and the owner motioned for me to take a seat. After about 20 minutes, the owner finally approached and asked about the haircut style I desired. I showed her a few pictures on my phone, indicating I wanted it slightly shorter. She hurried through the haircut so swiftly that I didn't realize anything was amiss. She abruptly declared it was finished and swiftly moved on to the billing. The total came to around $42, which seemed exorbitant considering the brief time she spent on me, coupled with the extended wait. Upon returning home and looking in the mirror, I was dismayed to see an uneven haircut. She had removed layers from the back without my consent, which was incredibly frustrating. If they cannot provide competent service, they should refrain from scheduling appointments just to rush through and collect money. I will not recommend this place to anyone, nor will I return.
