Incredible skin results!! I shared with Sabs how sensitive my skin is and about my past experiences with facials. They guided me through the whole process and knew what would work best for my skin. My first facial treatment was the ultra calming facial, left my skin feeling moisturized. I’ve gone back since and my second treatment was the hydro-jelly facial. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years. I stopped when I noticed my hair was getting thin. There have been some questionable situations that made me mad like the owner not knowing how to cut hair. I had an asymmetric cut done at a different salon but she just thought my hair was uneven and she cut my length off in the front. Moving forward I didn’t let anyone there cut my hair. Last summer while waiting to get blow dried one of the ladies decided to stop and do the laundry. The owner came upstairs to see where everyone was. I told her the situation. She had an attitude with me because of her worker. I didn’t return until this year. No issues until it was time for me to pay. The owner came to the counter. She looked at me and I looked at her. I said hi. She just looked at me. I asked how much. She looked at my hair. I said I only got it straightened and I didn’t get my ends trimmed.
