It was my initial time collaborating with Yuri. I underwent an eyebrow tinting, and I am extremely content with my outcome. Yuri was exceptional and ensured my satisfaction before my departure. My eyebrows appear exceptionally natural. Adore them! I came here and loved my service. I was very pleased with my color and my stylist did exactly what I wanted. I was quite dissatisfied, however, with the lack of transparency in pricing. I booked online and provided my card for the flat rate, but upon payment, an additional $30 was added to my bill for a second bowl of color. I was unaware of this and had to request an itemized bill to discover it. While I understand these situations can arise, I was not informed at all, and considering the small section that needed the second bowl of color, I believe a different approach could have been taken. Being charged an extra $30 without prior knowledge was frustrating.
