Absolutely fantastic stylists. Warm and welcoming. Incredibly talented. Will definitely be returning. My pal who recommended me to Riley has sleek hair, as I think is often the case for most of their clients. However, Riley paid close attention to my needs and did an outstanding job on my curly locks. Much gratitude!
Marissa is truly exceptional! She has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair for 15 years! I have a thick mane that can be quite challenging, and she excels at it. I cannot praise her enough! The salon itself is lovely, and everyone is very friendly and personable. Her chair is the most comfortable I've ever sat in!
Their nail services could use some improvement. I received a voucher from a friend, and not only did the nail technician fail to verify it before starting, I later discovered it had been refunded without my knowledge. I still offered to pay, but she only charged me for the gel I added (which I didn't receive on my toes, making no sense to me). I left a tip, but they won't be getting my business again. The service was basic, and when I got home, I found that my pedicure was ruined because the polish hadn't dried completely. The technician insisted it had, but thankfully, it was a gift because I wouldn't have paid for this. I had to walk around barefoot after my pedicure (usually sandals are provided). I only had a simple service done, yet I noticed spots on my nails where more polish was needed, and my toes didn't look good at all. I had just had them done... oh well. Also, all their furniture is in disarray (not accommodating for normal or larger individuals at all) - I nearly dropped my phone because it slipped through a chair's seat.
