Jane is phenomenal. She is accommodating and meticulous. I have returned for her services and intend to maintain a regular appointment schedule. Convenient parking options available on the street or in the adjacent garage.
Jane is precise and inventive with her lash enhancements. She possesses a pleasant demeanor and a gentle spirit. I rarely award 5 stars. Updated assessment: While I still admire the final outcome, my experience during the lash fill procedure was subpar. She displayed negligence towards my comfort and safety. Accidentally dropping items on me, failing to apologize, pulling excessively hard on my lashes during the fill-in process. Applying lash remover without dilution, resulting in a severe burning sensation in my eyes. The process became painful and uncomfortable. When I brought up these concerns, instead of making amends, she chose to terminate our client relationship. Speaks volumes.
Jane handles my lashes with skill and consistently delivers exceptional results! I've been a loyal client for a couple of years now, visiting her every fortnight. She is accommodating and easy to schedule appointments with. Additionally, she is incredibly understanding when I need to bring my 4-year-old son along.
