The women here are absolutely fantastic, welcoming, and greet you with a warm smile. Top-notch customer service, and the tanning beds are impeccably clean and well-maintained. ❤
Brought a dress in for embroidery for my newborn granddaughter. After weeks of waiting, I called to inquire about the dress as they were expecting the baby. I decided to pick it up unfinished. Upon arrival, the dress was caught in the embroidery machine, and Megan, one of the proprietors, was cutting it free. The dress was ruined, and all she did was fold it up, put it in a bag, and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the store. No apologies given.
Best spot for anything, the proprietor is incredible, always willing to assist anyone, dedicating all her time to help people. Sickness can strike unexpectedly, instead of criticizing her, I believe we should send her well wishes and a speedy recovery. The establishment will be there when she gets better.
