Appalling service, I cannot endorse this establishment - very unprofessional and abysmal customer care. I requested a gel French manicure, and the outcome was subpar. The polish started peeling within the first week. I've never experienced such poor quality before. Save your money and steer clear of this place.
I've been frequenting this place for over a decade, and Taylor is truly exceptional! She's my go-to person here, and without fail, she always flawlessly does my nails, ensuring they stay pristine for weeks unless I'm remiss and break one. I highly recommend Taylor to anyone who visits! I usually opt for a gel set on my natural nails, and she expertly applies a hard gel on any nail that needs repair. She's truly the best.
Nina, or whatever her name was, provided me with the most dreadful nail technician experience I've ever had. She caused me pain twice, resulting in bleeding on two of my nails. Her approach was extremely careless, prioritizing a show on her phone over her job while I had an appointment. I explicitly asked for my nails to be kept short, as I always do, but she filed them down excessively, exposing the skin underneath. The service was lacking, the work was shoddy, and they hiked their prices for no reason. Despite being a long-time patron, I will no longer visit this salon. I've encountered numerous instances of rudeness here and have given them chances, but no more. Goodbye.
