I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Bond Beauty Place on September 23, 2024. I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM, with the stylist assuring me that my hair would be finished by 2 PM. However, she showed up late and spent nearly an hour cleaning the shop instead of starting on my hair.
