Extremely let down. Requested face-framing layers and layers in the back. Only trimmed about a quarter all around. Spent less than five minutes with me. After finishing, mentioned she couldn't cut my hair as desired due to its thickness. Won't be back...updated I revisited the salon and the manager Sarah took exceptional care of me. She was welcoming and gave me something even better than what I initially envisioned! Thank you very much!
Checked in at 9am, wait time was under 15 minutes. As soon as I entered, my baby was in the chair. The stylist who cut his hair was very kind to us, she helped me choose a style and in just 10 minutes, she gave my baby the best haircut. Her vibe is soothing. She speaks kindly and calmly. I regret not catching her name. Definitely recommend this place. Will return.
