Regrettably, my recent visit to this establishment was highly disappointing, despite it being a preferred salon of mine in the past. Following a session that included a manicure, pedicure, massage, and eyebrow treatment, the gel color on my nails began chipping just two days later. I urge other ladies seeking nail and eyebrow services to explore alternative options, as my experience here was subpar. During the eyebrow waxing, my skin was accidentally burned, which I only noticed an hour later when a burning sensation set in. Upon contacting the salon the next day, their response was dismissive, merely requesting I visit in person for them to assess the situation. Given my distance from the salon, this was impractical. Despite consistently tipping well, any deviation from this led to uncomfortable interactions, with staff displaying dissatisfaction and even disputing the gratuity. Such incidents highlight the need for increased professionalism and care, particularly when handling sensitive procedures like waxing and nail treatments. Additional training or courses in these areas would greatly benefit the staff, preventing such mishaps in the future. 🤌🏻👎

What a dreadful visit. I visited a nail salon yesterday 1/21/22, and I will not return. I requested a chrome gel manicure, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. The edges were sloppily painted, making my nails appear as if I did them myself. When you pay for professional services, you anticipate a certain level of quality. My nails have bumps, mismatched colors, uneven paint, and inconsistent layers. I asked the nail technician to rectify the issues, but she responded with attitude and failed to correct them adequately. The photos cannot fully capture the poor job, but I will still share them for reference. Avoid this place unless you are willing to waste money on subpar services.
