What a dreadful visit. I visited a nail salon yesterday 1/21/22, and I will not return. I requested a chrome gel manicure, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. The edges were sloppily painted, making my nails appear as if I did them myself. When you pay for professional services, you anticipate a certain level of quality. My nails have bumps, mismatched colors, uneven paint, and inconsistent layers. I asked the nail technician to rectify the issues, but she responded with attitude and failed to correct them adequately. The photos cannot fully capture the poor job, but I will still share them for reference. Avoid this place unless you are willing to waste money on subpar services.

Twice, I had my acrylic nails forcefully removed here, causing excruciating pain. During the most recent incident three weeks ago, they removed layers from all my nails, resulting in sensitivity to warm water and visible dents on each nail. My nails are now fragile, not growing, and prone to breakage. It will take months to repair the damage, and I may have to keep them bare until the year's end.

My experiences at this establishment have always been positive. The name "dash" suits them well as they work swiftly and efficiently. The staff is friendly, greets customers warmly, and offers excellent service at reasonable prices. A UV gel manicure costs $45 and is completed in under an hour. Since moving to Stamford this year, this has become my go-to nail salon.
