After experiencing numerous facials in the St. Louis / St. Charles areas, my visit to The Face & Body SPA in O'Fallon, MO stood out. Destiny G. delivered an exceptional hydration facial while offering detailed explanations throughout the session. I look forward to returning to see Destiny G.
My encounters here have been disappointing. Despite undergoing 4 microneedling sessions, I've seen no improvement. When I expressed my concerns to the last technician, it seemed like she rushed through the treatment, yielding no visible results. The lack of post-treatment redness was concerning. The solicitation for tips was unprofessional. I have not received a response to my feedback yet. If efforts are made to rectify the situation, I may reconsider my review.
Today, I indulged in a Platinum HydraFacial at a new spa. The experience was delightful. The team was friendly and informative. Tracy, my esthetician, was thorough in her explanations of the process and aftercare instructions. My skin feels remarkably smooth post-treatment. I will definitely return to this spa.
