Always exceptional! If you seek serenity, punctuality, and top-notch service, Love&Peace nail salon is the place for you. After trying out three nail salons in Gulf Shores, none met my standards like Love & Peace. I willingly drive nearly an hour just to have my nails done at this salon and will continue to do so for their exceptional service. I am thrilled to have found them. Special thanks to Nary for my stunning nails and Reese for the excellent customer service.
This establishment deserves all the praise! Avoid at all costs! I made an online appointment with Bailey, only to arrive and wait for 30 minutes before being seated for a pedicure. And mind you, I am visibly pregnant... I was assured that Bailey would start in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, another individual, not Bailey, whose name escapes me, began the pedicure. It was already too much, so I requested the technician I had booked with. I was informed they were running behind schedule (meaning she had already started with another client), and I couldn't help but feel that they lacked professionalism by not informing me earlier and instead making me wait and assigning me a different technician. Perhaps they assumed a new client could be easily swapped with another technician. I initially intended to wait for Bailey, but after 30 minutes with no end in sight, I left. The technician failed to provide an estimated wait time, despite my obvious pregnancy. Throughout the entire ordeal, no one communicated with me, not even upon my departure. It appeared as though there was a lack of management in the establishment. Extremely rude! Save your time and visit Nail Boutique Spa instead (exceptional service, attentive, and fantastic client communication)!
