I requested nail bed cleaning during my fill-in and manicure appointment, but the technician refused, claiming it wasn't his responsibility. I found this to be impolite, especially since I was paying for the service. Regrettably, I have decided not to return. I settled the bill, thanked them, and left courteously.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for years, ever since they were located in the mall. They have never failed to impress me. I adore their services.
My experience was truly dreadful. They caused severe damage to my natural nails during my visit. The full set they applied actually tore some of my real nails from the cuticle. I cannot recommend this salon. Additionally, despite requesting simple tapered square nails, each nail on every finger ended up being a different shape - some oval, some square, and a few crooked!
