Undoubtedly the finest nail salon in existence. I adore all the individuals who are part of the team, and my nails consistently look stunning and endure for weeks. The proprietor is incredibly kind and ensures you feel truly special.

When I provide feedback, I prefer to address both the positive and the negative. The establishment is quite tidy and well-maintained. I was promptly attended to when I arrived for a nail repair. However, I am currently in search of a new nail salon in this vicinity. I engaged in a conversation with the presumed owner, Tracy. While not impolite, she came across as rather brusque and unwelcoming. She did address all my queries, but her demeanor felt distant. I prefer nail salons that exude warmth. For me, nail care is a luxurious and pampering experience, and I typically savor my time there. During the repair, although a matching color was selected, only one coat was applied hastily without attempting to blend with the other nails. Subsequently, she left without informing me that the drying process was complete or expressing gratitude. I had to inquire with another gentleman to confirm if my session was finished and inquire about the payment. That aspect felt discourteous to me. While I was contemplating patronizing this establishment, I have concluded that it may not be the right fit for me after all. Despite its convenience, it lacks a sense of comfort and hospitality, and I am genuinely dissatisfied with the nail repair. Admittedly, it was just one nail, but I had intended to return for a full set. I prefer to support a business that values my patronage and demonstrates it.

I frequent this place biweekly, always opting for a different design which can be a challenge, but I'm consistently content. Tracey and the entire team are unfailingly pleasant and exceedingly courteous! I relish unwinding here post-work, especially after a taxing day. I wholeheartedly urge you to give it a try yourself!
