This is my first time here, and Kim promptly scheduled me for an appointment the following day. I have visited numerous nail salons, but this one stands out! Not only is it a family-owned business, but the staff is friendly, enjoyable, and highly skilled. If I could, I would rate them more than 5 stars - they deserve a perfect 10!
I have frequented Kim's Nails for three decades now. They are truly exceptional! During my initial visit while expecting my son, Kim and her spouse Bong were incredibly courteous and welcoming. Their professionalism left a lasting impression on me, solidifying my belief that I had found the perfect spot. For years, I stuck to white tips, but Kim encouraged me to experiment with different colors, and I have never regretted it. Without hesitation, I recommend making an appointment with Kim - she is unmatched!
I had a reservation for 2:30 and arrived 15 minutes early to select my nail polish. Despite no waiting customers, my nails were not painted until 2:45. I only requested gel polish, yet the end result had streaks and appeared amateurish. Regrettably, I will not be returning. I pay for their expertise, but it seems like they rushed through the process, possibly due to the lower profit margin from just applying gel polish.
