I will not return. I arrived promptly for my appointment, even early, yet still had to wait for my acrylic set. The service was rushed, overpriced, and my nails were ruined by the way the acrylics were applied. The staff was rude and neglectful. My overall experience was terrible, and I regret paying for it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Disappointed. The service has been great in the past, but today my daughter and I had mani/pedis. The services felt rushed, completed in just forty-five minutes. I was surprised by the use of baby lotion. I had issues with my pedicure, and the technician's solution caused smudging. Totally let down.
Yesterday's experience was not good. We waited despite having an appointment, then waited 20 minutes for service. The lady working on my daughter was rude and insulted her feet. We will not be returning due to this mistreatment. We will advise others against using your salon.
