A couple of weeks back, I observed a man come in to inquire about Taylor's prices, and Taylor responded courteously and truthfully. The man proceeded to grumble and act impolitely towards Taylor. Keep in mind, Taylor's prices are absolutely reasonable. If you have a specific budget, don't grumble when certain places don't match it. Especially when the service provided is already exceptional! Taylor and the other staff members are exceptional at their craft. The amount of money (which isn't even much) is definitely worth it! Personally, I have never had a complaint, nor do I know anyone who has had a complaint about Taylor or the salon itself.
